As a full-service spice company, we work with customers from the inception of an idea all the way through packaging and delivery. With more than 40 years of experience and numerous orders fulfilled.
Our organization holds various certifications, such as ISO , FSSAI , SPICE BOARD according to the norms of Indian government .

Alfa Trading products adhere to the most stringent quality checks that start with the sourcing of raw material followed by effective processing, and storage arrangements to ensure ‘Total Quality Management’ across the complete production process cycle.

We took the first step towards as a cardamom planter in the year of 1984, Our journey into spice trade began 40 years ago,when we acquired our cardamom and pepper plantation at Attupara Idukki district.
Over 200 skilled labourers are working in our manufacturing unit.

Born in Dindigul in 1977 , R. Vasantha Kumar completed his Masters in Business Administration and began his career as an educator at Madurai Kamaraj University. Then he entered the spice trade in 2016 , with a big dream .He continued to use the skills he mastered as an educator to study, learn and teach, both within his community and with whomever he interacted in the business community.His wisdom and expertise contributed greatly to the company’s success, and his values and legacy live on as part of the essence and fabric of RKN FARMS Which is now Known as ALFA TRADING .

In Our Company Over 200 Genuine Workers to Develop and Strengthening the Company..

1. Around 70-80 Workers are Working in our Plantation. They are involved in handpicking the cardamom fruit with proper guidance.

2. At our plantation 10-15 Workers are involved in drying process using dryer machine,Stock calculation , packing and loading in vehicle then transfer to our processing unit in Thevaram Theni District.

3. In processing Unit around 30 Women workers are involved in filtering the finest Cardamom and 20 Men workers are involved in grading and steam washing the Black Pepper.

4. Over 10 peresons are involved packing the products and dispatch to the customers.

5. In planatation unit experienced supervisor mainatains the accounts .

6. A Proper Accountant mainatains a Bank accounts in Corporate Office at Madurai.

Our core Product is Cardamom and Pepper. As We have to compete with others we have added some Extra products like CLOVES, CASHEW VARIETIES, ALMOND, RED CHIILI POWDER.
